DAY OF COORDINATING
This service is best for brides desiring little to full planning control or need assistance organizing their vision and wishes for additional assistance throughout the planning process, 1- 2 months prior & the day of the event. There are 3 levels - silver, gold, and platinum packages. Below is a variety of the services offered as part of most packages
•Planning consultations every quarter prior to your event + 1 venue set-up consultation visit + 2 person meetings the final 3 months
•Vendor communication final 3 months
•Monitor vendors & execute setup to ensure the venue meets your expectations on the final day
•Carry out timeline of events during reception
•Run rehearsal & ceremony if ceremony is onsite at the reception venue & if no coordinator is available
•Client portal with access to timeline, mood boards, seating arrangements, floor plan, checklist & much more for your use during the planning phase
individual Services
These services can be added on to a day of coordinating package or selected individually. All are priced separately.
•WEDDING WEBSITE DESIGN & SETUP - personalized to tell your love story and prepare guests for your BEST day ever.
•STATIONARY & SIGNAGE - customized & designed to represent the style of your event including invitations, menus, labels, programs & any signage to enhance your venue or ceremony.
•COOKIE TABLE DESIGN & SETUP - arranged to showcase the love and tradition of a Pittsburgh cookie table including Pittsburgh-themed design (if desired) and signage.
•TABLESCAPE DESIGN & SETUP - created to fit the style of your event. This service is best for non-floral centerpieces or arrangements that are not curated by an outside florist. Guest book, place card or gift table set up may be offered if requested.
•PLANNING CONSULTATION - lead planner will communicate quarterly & meet in the final months to offer advice, suggestions and assist throughout the planning process. Timelines and checklists may be offered if requested. *included in day of coordinating package
•VENDOR & VENUE CONSULTATION- lead planner will research, recommend and attend meetings with potential vendors and venues. This service gives you the option to have all communication between vendors go through the lead planner. *included in day of coordinating package
•DAY OF LIAISON - lead planner will monitor timeline events at the venue and assist venue coordinator or other vendors during the event to ensure every detail is executed. This service is best for event where a venue coordinator is present but additional assistance is required to ensure your vision is achieved.
